"We can bite"

Out of all the signs I saw in the Kristiansand Zoo, this one is my favorite. "We can bite." It's almost daring you to pet the animals on the other side. "Go ahead. Pet us if you dare. Take your best shot. But we can bite." This would never fly in the States, given our litigious nature. What took three words to say in Norway would take an entire poster in the U.S.
